100 Hour Mukti Yoga ryt graduate module

Mukti Graduate training delves deeply into the yoga sutras, dieties and the subtle energies of yoga. The objective of this course is go deeper in every aspect of yogic teaching. The teaching lab portion includes learning to teach and adjust advanced poses. This training goes well beyond the asanas with a rich understanding of yogic philosophy.

In this Graduate Module you will learn:

-       In-depth study of the yoga sutras

-       Dinacharya (daily Ayurvedic ritual)

-       Philosophy of yoga

-       In depth study of advanced asanas

-       Study of the dieties

-       Templates for creating/sequencing peak pose classes

-       Teaching meditation

-       Teaching pranayama

Sunday August 27th 12:00pm - 4:00pm (continues every other Sunday, days may change due to Holiday) 9/3, 9/17, 10/1, 10/15, 10/29, 11/12, 11/26, 12/10

Thursdays 5:30am - 7:00am

The Graduate Module Commitment

~ This module consists of self study and home study that is done on personal time. Although not overly time consuming, please be prepared, this is necessary for this course.
